Terms and conditions
The terms on which this site is made available to you.
Last updated 23 October 2026.
To complete before launch: the publishing entity's legal name and address. These terms should be reviewed by a solicitor before the site carries affiliate links commercially. Nothing here is legal advice.
Agreement
By using Slacklining.co.uk you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site provides
General information about slacklining equipment and practice. It is published for education, not as professional advice, instruction or a safety assessment. Please read our safety notice, which forms part of these terms.
No warranty on content
We take care to be accurate, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, current or correct. Equipment specifications change, manufacturers revise their instructions, and general guidance cannot account for your particular equipment, location or ability. The instructions supplied with your own equipment always take precedence over anything written here.
Assumption of risk
Slacklining is a physical activity with a real risk of serious injury. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and for any line you rig. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of information on this site, except where liability cannot be excluded by law — which includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud.
Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links, explained in full in our affiliate disclosure. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer. We are not a party to it, we do not sell goods, and we are not responsible for a retailer's products, delivery, returns or customer service.
Third-party sites
Where we link out, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, accuracy or privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The text, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to us, except where third-party material is identified. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish our content, in whole or in substantial part, without permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Changes and availability
We may change these terms or the content of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
